Blossom Festival Udon Stir Fry Noodles

Udon noodles are wonderfully thick with a resilient texture worthy of celebrating.

Here are a few other ways to use your noodle.

Noodle Swirls:

The trick to swirling noodles into a cone is to arrange a 1-inch-tall base of 7 Paths™ noodles in the bottom of a shallow serving bowl. Next, place a large bunch of noodles on top of the noodles in the bowl. Slowly swirl the noodles clockwise while lifting up gently. Swirl the noodles just before serving, as they're prone to falling after a few minutes. Noodle swirls look especially pretty when mixed with colorful, slivered veggies and a sprinkling of white and black sesame seeds.

Midnight Noodles:

For a late-night snack, heat a wok or large skillet with oil. When the oil is hot, add leftover meat and 7 Paths™ noodles. Finish with your favorite 7 Paths™ stir fry sauce and sliced green onions.
