Kamas Crazy TaxiThai Chili Peanut Stir Fry Sauce

A perfectly spicy sauce of roasted peanuts, lime juice and chilies that's so good, it'll drive you nuts.

Stir fry sauce isn't just for stir frying. Here are a few other ideas we've picked up along the way:

Basting Sauce

Create a peanut glaze by brushing Thai Chili Peanut Sauce on meats as they grill, chicken as it roasts or shrimp on the barbeque.

Chicken Marinade

Use 1/2 cup of Thai Chili Peanut Sauce for every pound of meat. Let marinate for at least 1 hour – or overnight. Grill, sauté or roast the chicken as usual.

Dipping Sauce

Thai Chili Peanut Sauce goes great with raw veggies or as a dumpling dip. Go crazy and try it with chicken wings, apple slices or wonton chips.

Thai Style Peanut Dressing

Whisk together 1 cup Thai Chili Peanut Sauce, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup of oil. That's it. Make a Chilled Peanut Noodle Salad by combining dressing with cooked 7 Paths™ noodles, julienne carrots, cucumbers, red onions and some cooked chicken strips or shrimp.

Thai Peanut Fondue

Make a platter of your favorite dunking bites – cooked chicken chunks, jicama pieces, tofu cubes, cooked potato pieces, whatever. Use your fondue pot (or any small pot) and heat up the Thai Chili Peanut Sauce. Dip till satisfied.

Thai Peanut Noodle Salad

Mix a bottle of 7 Paths™ Thai Chili Peanut Sauce with 3/4 cup water and set it aside. Soak a package of 7 Paths™ Singapore New Year Stir Fry Noodles in water until loosened, then separate and drain. Combine noodles with 1 cooked and sliced chicken breast, 1/2 cup each of shredded carrot, julienne cucumber, and chopped green onion. Add in 1/2 red bell pepper diced small, and 3/4 cup each of chopped cilantro, fried shallots, and chopped peanuts. Coat mixture with sauce as needed. Toss well and let it sit. Serve at room temperature.
