Last Boat to Cebu Mango Ginger Stir Fry Sauce

Stir fry sauce isn't just for stir frying. Here are a few other ideas we've picked up along the way:
Fruit Salsa
Create a vibrant fruit salsa that goes great with chips, grilled
seafood or sautéed chicken. In a bowl, combine diced fruit such as
pineapple, papaya, mango and peaches. Add finely diced red bell
pepper, red onions and some cilantro. Drizzle Mango Ginger
Sauce to taste.
Mango Ginger Salad Dressing
Whisk together Mango Ginger Sauce with rice vinegar, oil and
chopped fresh cilantro. Goes great on a mixed baby greens salad
with roasted chicken, or toss with some shredded cabbage, carrots
and red onions for a quick Asian-inspired slaw.
Salmon Marinade
Coat salmon with Mango Ginger Sauce and marinate anywhere from
15 minutes to overnight. Cook as desired and serve with a drizzle
of the warmed sauce.
Grilled Fruit Glaze
Mango Ginger Sauce works wonderfully with grilled fruit because
it helps the fruit brown quickly and retain its original texture.
Peel and quarter oranges, cut slabs of pineapple and prepare wedges
of mangos. Brush fruit liberally with the Mango Ginger Sauce before
placing on a well-oiled grill. Serve as a snack, side dish or a
fruit salad. To make sure fruit doesn’t stick, preheat the grill,
brush all debris loose, wipe clean with towels then coat lightly
with oil. Gently place items on grill and let them sit for a
minute or two BEFORE moving.
