Fortune Found Stir Fry Vegetable Blend

Stir-fry not on the menu tonight? Here is another way to eat your vegetables:
Fresh Vegetable Soup:
Heat oil in a saucepan or pot and sauté equal parts of minced ginger,
garlic and scallions until aromatic. Add the vegetable blend and some chicken
or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for a few minutes
until vegetables are cooked. While soup is simmering, season with salt,
white pepper and, if desired, soy sauce, fish sauce and chili paste.
